Greg Mcmanus
Greg McManus PT, DPT, MS, ATC
Greg earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (1998) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University (2013). He also holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Athletic Training and Psychology from the University of North Dakota (1994).
Greg began his career in Birmingham, AL, working as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. He served as head athletic trainer for the Birmingham Steeldogs (Arena Football League), assistant trainer for the Birmingham Bulls (ECHL), regional sports medicine coordinator for the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Soccer Team, and co-director of hospital-affiliated sports medicine programs.
In 2003, Greg moved to Farmington, NM, and founded Therapy One in 2006. He is active in professional and local organizations, including serving as Treasurer for the New Mexico Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (NMAPTA) and supporting local sports medicine initiatives like the Connie Mack World Series and Four Corners Foundation for Sports Medicine.
Greg specializes in a wide range of orthopedic conditions and holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling, Active Release, Functional Capacity Evaluations, ASTYM & Graston, custom foot orthotics, spinal manipulation, and other manual therapy techniques.
He resides in Flora Vista with his wife, Reann, and their two children. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, running, and alpine climbing.

Karlene Garcia
Karlene has been working in billing and insurance claims for many years and brings extensive experience to the clinic. She oversees the billing process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, payments are followed up on, and any issues are resolved quickly.
Karlene is dedicated to helping patients better understand their insurance coverage and answering billing questions. She works closely with insurance providers to ensure claims are processed efficiently so patients can focus on their recovery and care.
Her attention to detail and commitment to helping others make her a valuable part of the team and a trusted resource for both patients and staff.
