Greg McManus PT, DPT, MS, ATC
Greg earned his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T Still University in 2013. His undergraduate work from the University of North Dakota in 1994 earned him a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
In 1998, Greg built a successful career in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was employed as a physical therapist and athletic trainer for an outpatient hospital practice. His employment included being the head athletic trainer for the Birmingham Steeldogs Arena Football League, assistant trainer to the Birmingham Bulls East Coast Hockey League, regional sports medicine coordinator for the United States Under-17 Men’s National Soccer Team and Sports Medicine Co-Director for the hospital affiliated programs.
In 2003 Greg moved to Farmington, NM, and in 2006 established Therapy One. He is very active with state and local organizations that include being the Treasurer for the New Mexico Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (NMAPTA) and Access Physical Therapy Political Action Committee. Locally, Greg has been very involved with Farmington’s sports medicine development including sponsorship for the Connie Mac World Series, the Four Corners Foundation for Sports Medicine, and he continues to lend a hand to our area’s athletic trainers on any given day and night.
Greg specializes in treating a wide span of orthopedic conditions, having received certifications and training in Functional Dry Needling, Active Release, Functional Capacity Evaluations, custom foot orthotics, spinal manipulation, and other manual spinal and periphery techniques.
Greg and his wife Reann have a daughter and a son and reside in Flora Vista. His primary activity these days is playing with his kids; however you may find him snow skiing, running, or alpine climbing.
Thomas Ramage DPT
Thomas was born and raised in Northern Utah. Thomas attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions where her earned his Doctoral of Physical Therapy Degree in 2015. His undergraduate studies took place at Dixie State University where he was a scholar football player and as a huge bonus, this is where he met his bride-to-be, Swayzee. Shortly after graduate school, he began working at TherapyOne and practices out of both the Farmington and Kirtland locations. His areas of interest are orthopedic post-operative and non-operative conditions, sports injuries, geriatric care, vestibular, and neurological conditions.
Thomas loves spending time with his wife Swayzee, who recently completed her nurse practitioner license, and their four-year-old son Jayt. Thomas enjoys anything involving football, woodworking, bee keeping, fishing, gardening, and being outdoors.
Dan McClellan DPT
Dan is one of our most rounded physical therapists as he also owns a degree in chemical engineering (2008). After working for several years as an engineer, he was drawn to physical medicine which led to Dan earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy From the University of New Mexico in 2015.
As a new graduate, Dan worked in Albuquerque, NM in an outpatient facility that specialized in neurological disorders that focused on stroke, spinal cord, and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation. Dan’s diversity includes a background in marital arts ( Mijindo, Jujitsu, and Budokan) which utilized when he was promoted as a Director of Movements Arts at another clinic, and applied exercise instruction to patients with chronic pain.
Dan moved to Farmington with his wife Joanna, in the fall of 2017. Since moving to Farmington he has taken advantage of the hiking and biking trails in the area and continues to explore all the outdoor activities the Four Corners area has to offer. Dan enjoys playing soccer, swimming, water polo, martial arts, golf, tennis, rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding.
Shawna John PTA
Shawnna earned her Associates of Science Degree at San Juan college's Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2011. She has worked at TherapyOne for most of her years as a PTA and specializes in post-operative joint replacements, spinal injuries, and deep tissue mobilization with a special interest in post-operative shoulders. She practices at both the Farmington and Kirtland TherapyOne locations.
Shawnna and her family have resided in Kirtland for the past several years. She occupies her after work hours with a busy home life and staying involved with her childrens’ athletic events . Along with her husband, she is a fervent fan of the New York Yankees.
Kassandra Schroeder PTA
Born in North Bend, Oregon but raised in Southern California. When she finally decided to hang up the surf board, she moved to Gig Harbor Washington for 8 years where she worked in a warehouse. In 2013, she made her way to the pristine beaches of Farmington, NM and attended San Juan College Physical Therapy Assistant program. A 2105 graduate, she is eager to begin her career.
She and her husband Charles reside in Farmington.
Teisha South PTA
Raised in Cortez, Colorado, Teisha went to the Physical Therapy Assistant program at San Juan College and graduated with her Associates of Applied Science degree in 2014 and has worked at TherapyOne since then.
Teisha specializes in a number of physical therapy services including post-operative joint replacements, sports medicine, deep tissue mobilization, and general post-operative care. She has an excellent patient rapport along with great compassion for her patients.
In her free time Teisha is very involved with teaching at her church, playing softball or Frisbee golf, hiking in the mountains, traveling, or anything to do outdoors.
Caylin Schoubroek PTA
A 2018 graduate from the San Juan College physical therapy assistant program. Prior to her associates degrees, she worked at TherapyOne for over a year honing her interest in physical therapy. She has was very anxious to being her professional career upon graduation and began working right away.
Born and raised in Duncan, Arizona she now resides in Bloomfield with her husband. Her hobbies include horse riding, hunting, fishing and being at the local lakes in the summer.
Karlene Garcia: Office & Billing Manager
A longtime resident of Kirtland, New Mexico, Karlene came to Therapy One in 2007 shortly after its opening. In the beginning, she helped Therapy One with the day to day operations, and from there she took the reins and became the office manager, helping to lay the foundation of success in this company. Today, Karlene primarily focuses on the billing, but continues to oversee all office transactions.
Karlene and her husband Anthony, reside in Colorado.
