Greg McManus PT, DPT, MS, ATC

Greg earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (1998) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University (2013). He also holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Athletic Training and Psychology from the University of North Dakota (1994).

Greg began his career in Birmingham, AL, working as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. He served as head athletic trainer for the Birmingham Steeldogs (Arena Football League), assistant trainer for the Birmingham Bulls (ECHL), regional sports medicine coordinator for the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Soccer Team, and co-director of hospital-affiliated sports medicine programs.

In 2003, Greg moved to Farmington, NM, and founded Therapy One in 2006. He is active in professional and local organizations, including serving as Treasurer for the New Mexico Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (NMAPTA) and supporting local sports medicine initiatives like the Connie Mack World Series and Four Corners Foundation for Sports Medicine.

Greg specializes in a wide range of orthopedic conditions and holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling, Active Release, Functional Capacity Evaluations, ASTYM & Graston, custom foot orthotics, spinal manipulation, and other manual therapy techniques.

He resides in Flora Vista with his wife, Reann, and their two children. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, running, and alpine climbing.


Karlene Garcia

Karlene has been working in billing and insurance claims for many years and brings extensive experience to the clinic. She oversees the billing process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, payments are followed up on, and any issues are resolved quickly.

Karlene is dedicated to helping patients better understand their insurance coverage and answering billing questions. She works closely with insurance providers to ensure claims are processed efficiently so patients can focus on their recovery and care.

Her attention to detail and commitment to helping others make her a valuable part of the team and a trusted resource for both patients and staff.


Meghan Haid Sterling, PT, DPT (Santa Fe)

Meghan is a Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedics and Women’s Health. She believes that strength and proper functional movement are key to living well in a body through the lifespan, and to that end sees her job as one of an educator, giving people tools to help them reach their goals. In her specialized treatments, she works with her patients to address everything from prenatal/postpartum care and pelvic floor dysfunction, to orthopedic post-op recovery, or anything that physically limits their ability to do what they love. She treats all physical therapy related conditions with a combination of prescriptive exercise, manual therapy and functional dry needling.

In 2000, she received her BS with honors in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University. In 2006 she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University, where she was honored as Outstanding Graduating Scholar. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the APTA Section on Women’s Health, the International Pelvic Pain Society, the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners, and the Alpha Eta Society- Devoted to Scholarship in Allied Health.

Meghan and her husband, Walter, stay busy and active with their two teenage sons and beloved Australian shepherd. 


Danny Ebenstein, PT, DPT (Santa Fe)

Danny is a skilled physical therapist who takes a hands-on, patient-centered approach to care. He specializes in dry needling, vertigo maneuvers, and manual therapy to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Danny integrates motor learning principles, manual therapy techniques, and pain neuroscience education to create personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of dysfunction—not just the symptoms.

With a diverse clinical background in oncology, orthopedic, and sports rehabilitation, Danny is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions and patient populations. His holistic approach focuses on empowering patients through education, movement, and targeted treatment strategies so they can confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.
